  1. When will my order ship?

Your products will ship within 2-10 days. You will receive a tracking number when your item has shipped.   Each product at Lolitas Closet has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

      2. What's your return policy?

Any item can be returned if unworn and unused within 10 days of receipt of order for a full refund. 

Exclusion: Items that are worn and/or used.  Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Additionally, Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.  No refunds on Candles or accessories (Jewelry, eyewear, pasties) 

     

       3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for the product.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.  So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact us. 

 

       4.  Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact item you expected just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
